My main goal for September is to follow the exercise plan I came up with for the month of September. This is an experimental idea based on my past workout routines. I’ll talk more about this in a post after the first week so I can see how it goes. The non-food reward will to buy myself a new workout outfit.
I do have other smaller goals because I know what works for me when I am going “back to basics” with my health and fitness routine. For example, tracking my food via the MyFitnessPal app (leave your username in the comments so I can add you). I am an instant gratification kind of gal, so waiting for a reward for 30 days just doesn’t work for me. So when I complete 15 days straight of tracking, I will treat myself to a mani/pedi.
The other goals are to eat cleaner and lose weight. I say lose weight without putting a number to it because if I am working on the other goals, this is what I expect to happen naturally.
