It’s back! The notebook I carry around in my purse: food journal, to-do list, shopping list, reminders, etc. This is the only way I can keep track of things. I’m going with what works even though it’s a very “plain jane” notebook!

P.S. Yes, I’m tracking mood swings to see if they are related to the foods I’m eating. Fun stuff! ;)

    I do the same thing – I keep a notebook in my purse for all sorts of odd notes and tracking. It’s sort of fun to go through it after awhile and see what I wrote. MISS YOU!
